There are separate resource rooms such as AV facilities for interactive teaching and laboratories for teaching demonstration and expansion of research activities. These facilities serve as special learning centers for students.

 | St. Mary's Academy of Pasay City has an audiovisual center for both Grade School and High School Department. The GS Audiovisual Room has a 100-seating capacity. The HS Audiovisual Center can accommodate 200 persons at a time. It has movable divider where two classes can be held simultaneously as needed. The Center is used as venue for instructional activities and assemblies, teaching demonstration, seminars, and meetings. |
Technology Integrated Instruction Room
The Technology Integrated Instruction house several networked PC stations, LCD projector, and Interactive Board where instruction becomes more constructivist in perspective through student involvement in authentic tasks, collaboration and self-construction of knowledge.
The use Technology Integrated Instruction Room allows students and teacher to expand their concepts of schooling far beyond the walls of the classroom.

The Computer Laboratory is equipped with a network of 50 PC workstations, multimedia units and internet facilities, supports the Computer Education Program for interactive learning, and trains students in the use of computer as a tool for management and information system. |

| The Grade School Science Laboratory has two big rooms with demonstration tables for class experiments. Science Laboratory 1 is used primarily for conducting experiments and investigatory projects. Science Laboratory 2 has television set, VHS player and computer with internet connection which can also be used for technology integrated instruction. |

The High School Science Laboratories are housed and purpose-designed to provide additional facilities for teaching and to encourage innovative Science research activities. There are separate laboratories for Gen-Science, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. The rooms are equipped with resources to conduct experiments and other science activities. The laboratory tables are acid proof and fire proof. Each room is furnished with demonstration tables, laboratory sinks, and glass cabinets are available to display best students' projects. The Physics laboratory room is air conditioned and provided with equipment for technology-based instruction. |

| The Speech Laboratory houses audio equipment and software that enable students to learn effective speaking principles, overall ease and confidence in public speaking. It provides students with technology-based instruction to develop speaking and listening skills necessary for participating in classroom discussions and oral presentation. |

The TLE Laboratory encourages hands-on learning and development of students' career interest in home management and culinary arts. It has elegantly designed six-unit kitchen (self-contained kitchen) equipped with basic kitchen facilities and utensils that can allow six groups of students to perform cooking activities simultaneously. |
